I recently stayed at Zostay Hostel in the heart of Hanoi. My partner and I had a wonderful time during our two-week stay. The hostel's central location made it convenient to explore the city and visit the local attractions. The rooms were modern and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The staff were exceptional, always friendly, and helpful, providing us with plenty of information and ensuring we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious mix of Vietnamese and Western food. We highly recommend Zostay Hostel to fellow travelers.

Loved how I could get help with everything at the 24-hour front desk: tours, airport transfers, even laundry. And there's a hair salon! How posh!

Oh, and did I mention the charming view of the airport bus station right in front? Absolutely lovely.

The room had a musty smell, possibly due to the window not closing properly. The bed sheets were affected by the humidity, making it a bit uncomfortable.

But the best part was definitely the staff. They were incredibly nice and kind, always ready to help with a smile. The staff were super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. The location was GREAT, close enough to the bustling Old Quarter but not right in the middle of it. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the rooms were clean and spacious. We were delighted to find a delicious buffet breakfast with a wide variety of both western and Asian options. The hostel had all the amenities we could ask for, including free Wi-Fi, a car park, a kitchenette, air conditioning. Plus, there were plenty of shops within walking distance. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we were in the city.
