I recently stayed at Zostay Hostel in the heart of Hanoi. My partner and I had a wonderful time during our two-week stay. The hostel's central location made it convenient to explore the city and visit the local attractions. The rooms were modern and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The staff were exceptional, always friendly, and helpful, providing us with plenty of information and ensuring we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious mix of Vietnamese and Western food. We highly recommend Zostay Hostel to fellow travelers.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Loved how I could get help with everything at the 24-hour front desk: tours, airport transfers, even laundry. And there's a hair salon! How posh!
Oh, and did I mention the charming view of the airport bus station right in front? Absolutely lovely.

The staff at this hostel were absolutely amazing - friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even offered us a room to freshen up after check-out before our night bus. The central location was perfect for exploring the city, with all the sites we wanted to visit just a short walk away. Another advantage was the cleanliness of the room, which was small but cozy.
The room had a musty smell, possibly due to the window not closing properly. The bed sheets were affected by the humidity, making it a bit uncomfortable.

the location was perfect, within walking distance to the vibrant street food area and the beautiful lake. the bus stop was conveniently located right in front of the hostel. the funky decor with colorful drawings added to the fun atmosphere. But the best part was definitely the staff. They were incredibly nice and kind, always ready to help with a smile. If you're looking for a reasonably priced hostel in a great location with attentive service, this is the place for you!
Nothing negative to say, everything was perfect! 😊.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to street food and the lake. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Plus, the breakfast provided was tasty and a great start to the day.
The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. The appearance of the hotel didn't match the advertised photos, and there were some stains and mold in the room.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. The location was GREAT, close enough to the bustling Old Quarter but not right in the middle of it. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the rooms were clean and spacious. We were delighted to find a delicious buffet breakfast with a wide variety of both western and Asian options. The hostel had all the amenities we could ask for, including free Wi-Fi, a car park, a kitchenette, air conditioning. Plus, there were plenty of shops within walking distance. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we were in the city.
